2. What Data We Process
While using the game: we may record a temporary session identifier, IP address, date and time, activity performed (for example, opening the Home page, map, or a game), level information where applicable, language, time zone, platform, screen dimensions, and browser/device information.
Game progress: your browser may locally store information such as unlocked levels, coins, settings, and other progress using technologies such as localStorage and sessionStorage.
Contact form: if you send a message, we store its content, subject, and, if provided, your name and email address. Registration is not required.

3. Why We Process Data
- To operate the game and remember progress on your device.
- To understand website usage, diagnose errors, and improve Sally.
- To read and handle requests and suggestions.
- To protect the website against abuse and automated submissions.
4. Legal Bases and Local Technologies
Processing communications requested by users is intended to handle those requests. Technical activities strictly necessary for the service may be based on the need to provide the service and, where applicable, legitimate interests relating to security.
Important: persistent identifiers and usage analytics must be assessed separately under the applicable rules for cookies and similar technologies. Where they are not strictly necessary or exempt, prior consent is required. Publishing this Privacy Policy alone does not replace that assessment or any required consent.
5. Where Data Is Stored
Messages submitted through the contact form and activity logs are stored in the website database. Some game progress remains in the user's browser. The website uses hosting and email services provided by technical service providers.
Any transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area must be assessed based on the services and configurations actually used.
6. How Long Data Is Retained
Activity logs:
intended to be deleted within 30 days
through an automated procedure once activated.
Contact form messages and direct emails:
intended to be deleted within 30 days of receipt.
Automatic deletion of contact form messages
must be activated, while direct emails
must be managed separately.
Data stored in your browser can be removed by clearing the website's data in your browser settings. This may result in the loss of locally saved game progress.
7. Who May Receive Data
Data may be processed by technical service providers necessary for hosting, database, and email operations, according to their respective roles and agreements. Messages submitted through the contact form are not publicly displayed.
8. Your Rights
Where provided by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, as well as withdraw any consent without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
For requests concerning your personal data, email sally@lova.click.
9. Browser Identifiers
The game may still create a persistent browser identifier
named lova_visitor_id,
which is not transmitted to server activity logs.
Its necessity and conditions of use must be verified.
Local storage alone does not exclude the application
of rules governing tracking technologies.
10. Updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated when game features or data processing practices change. The date above indicates the published version.
